I have extensive experience in developing strategy using a collaborative approach. I work closely with Amanda Heenan of Arc of Inclusion, who specialises in equality, diversity and inclusion. Together we facilitate safe and inclusive discussions where people feel empowered to share their views and be open and honest.
Working with you and your teams I help you to develop or refresh your strategy. I use targeted interventions that enthuse and create momentum.

I started my career as a User Experience Designer and I’m still passionate about designing great experiences.
I will help you to take stock of your service user experience and look through the eyes of your users. I can facilitate a collaborative process that engages your staff and stakeholders. At the end you will have a pragmatic and impactful action plan.
