Speaker & facilitator
For webinars and workshops
I specialise in engaging, thought-provoking events that give your attendees the tools to take action, either:
- Fully bespoke for your team or organisation only (closed event).
- Public and tailored to your target audience (open event).
I use a systematic approach to ensure that your objectives and the interests of your audience are met (read more about my approach).
Topics I have presented on:
- Customer experience excellence
- Service user experience
- Building good relationships – preventing and addressing friction and conflict
- Becoming more effective as a team
- Strategy development
- From vision and values to action plan
In my workshops and talks I tend to use a mixture of food for thought, discussion, sharing of best practice and practical tools. I usually include time for attendees to learn from each other and to draw up an (individual) action plan.

Feedback from event organisers
As event organiser you want to be assured that your speaker will deliver value for your attendees, be reliable and organised.
At the start I ensure that I thoroughly understand your expectations and your attendees' needs and interests. I then design the talk and liaise with you in the way that best suits you, minimizing your time and effort.
“It was a pleasure to have Catherine speak at our Sole Practitioner and High Street Firm Conference this year. She was extremely involved in the conference run-up and our members benefitted greatly from her experience as well as her insightful and engaging presentation.”
